We hold our breath, we hold our plans, we hold tightness in the body, when we are not sure when change will occur.
Vitality is the body’s ability to go with the flow, or to bounce back, even when it doesn’t feel like everything moving at the pace you would like.
Last week, we increased our vitality in the soft tissues of the body, this week we take that vitality all the way into the SPINE!
In the gentle interplay in your spine you become a space HOLDER for light and vitality, rather than a troubled guest waiting to get your own way.
This week’s practice will help you find the vitality hidden in your ability to open the health that will emirate out throughout your body, from a vital, healthy spine!

Winter at Bodhi Yoga: Yoga Nidra
During November, December and January at Bodhi Yoga, we are focusing on Yoga Nidra.
The purpose of Yoga Nidra is to clear away distractions and illusions, which can be obvious or very subtle “Sanskaras”. Sanskaras are the faint karmic under-pinings that create subconscious stress.
We encourage our students to bring a scarf to use as a head-wrap Savasana, to help you reach a little Yoga Nidra for yourself!
