Rex Croft Kocherhans

Steady, Strong, Sattvic Man that Blessed so Many

With Loving Memory on the day of your passing June 27th 2010

Bodhi Yogaâ„¢ honors the life and spirit of Rex Croft Kocherhans, who has served as an advisor to the Bodhi Yoga Center since 2000.

Throughout his mortal ministry Rex shared the spirit of love, support, and strength with hundreds of clients in his professional capacity as a Marriage and Family Therapist at CottonTree Family Medical Practice.  (adjacent to Bodhi Yoga Center).

In addition he worked closely with Founding Director of Bodhi Yoga, Syl Carson, in the development  and writing of manuals, and in giving professional instruction to yoga teacher trainees participating in Bodhi Yogaâ„¢ certification programs.

Rex and Syl share an office space in the upstairs annex of CottonTree Family Medical Practice where Rex offered Therapeutic healing support to the mind (through cognitive therapy) in his office on the north side of the wall, and Syl offers therapeutic healing support to the body (through Thai Partner Yoga) on the South side.

From Syl to Rex:  "The complimentary balance of working in tandem with Rex has been one of the most profound experiences of my life.  My love, respect and adoration of this beautiful man is part of the essence of who I am, and the energy of gratitude for him lives eternally in my heart...I still feel you with me, dear, sweet Rexie, I won't be going to work alone tomorrow, I carry your loving kindness in every cell of my body daily."
