200-Hour Quan.TM Facilitator Certification

Whether you want to use Quan.TM with your clients, deepen your ability to lead meditation classes, or just give yourself
a life-changing meditation retreat...

Quan.TM (Quantum Therapeutic Meditation)

The Bodhi Yoga™ Quan.TM Facilitator Certification is a special program for individuals who would like to offer the Quan.TM technique to their clientele and take their understanding of meditation deeper.

Pre-requisite for certification

There are no pre-requisites for this training (other than a whole-hearted love of assisting others in healing).  It is recomended that you complete your own personal 5/90-minute introduction Quan.TM Sessions with Syl, in order to receive your facilitator certification award and use Quan.TM with clients professionally (the cost is separate from your certification tuition).

Because Quan.TM is a guided meditation technique, it is important for the facilitator to have an introductory understanding of yoga specific to meditation as a therapy.  The facilitator certification includes introductory yoga classes, training in several meditation modalities and in-depth training in Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra means, “sleep of the Yogi”.  It is one of many yogic practices that would be referred to as Sadhana.  A Sadhana is a “spiritual cleansing practice” or “sacrament”.  We learn to drop into Yoga Nidra with a variety of practices (primarily Meditation), that take the body and mind into a deep state beyond sleep, relaxation or "time" (in the ego sense of spacial relationship, and expectation).

The purpose of Yoga Nidra is to clear away illusions that keep a person from enlightenment or God consciousness.  These illusions range from the gross (cultural mind-sets) to the extremely subtle aspects of the psyche that Yogis refer to as "Sanskaras".

Sanskaras are faint impressions, laced with in impressions.  They are often beyond description in words.  They could be thought of as part of our DNA blueprint, generational patterns, unspoken beliefs or "karmic" imprints on the soul.  A "karmic" imprint can be from embryonic impressions, and/or psychological circumstances a person has been born into; which may have affected the bridge between both the body and mind as a path toward becoming more cognitive, "awake", and integrated.

Quan.TM and Sanskaras

Sanskaras are just under the surface of consciousness, and because they are so subtle, releasing one from them comes from practices that transcend language or thought.  Quan.TM technique is the most profound way Syl has experienced for clearing these extremely sublte aspects of the sub-conscious.

Another way to better understand Sanskaras is by exploring the imagery of evaporation.  For example, the rain comes out of the sky and clouds that we see, however; when you enter a cloud that looks like form from far away, there is just moisture.  Even beyond clouds, the rain that has come down is also evaporated back up through the atmosphere.  Evaporation is not as visible and incredibly more subtle than the cloud.  This idea of the evaporation is a metaphor for level of just how subtle the Sanskaras are in the psyche.

Quan.TM and Jivanmukhti

Yoga Nidra burns away Sanskaras, it is a practice that is meant to prepare and refine ones Spirit, Mind, Emotions and Body to reach Jivanmukhti a yoga word that means:  "Liberated while Living".   Quan.TM will naturally move your clients though the stages of meditation that will deepen into the incredibly effective realms of Yoga Nidra.  In facilitating Quan.TM you will be apprenticing your clientele to the benefits of Yoga Nidra clearing.  From there, they apprentice themselves to the sweetness of living more fully awake in this lifetime.

FAQs

How does Quan.TM compare to RET (rapid eye therapy) or Hypnotherapy Certification?

Quan.TM is a comprable modality.  The difference lies in the self-meditative yoga aspect.  In Quan.TM the conversation is between the client's conscious and subconscious rather than dynamically directed by the RET or Hypnotherapist.  The Quan.TM facillitator holds the space in which the meditation protocol occurs, as well as works with the client's more subtle field of consciousness, until the client has had enough sessions that they can maintain the Quan.TM technique on their own as a 'life skill'.

Syl comments on her experience using Quan.TM:  "I have received both RET and Hypnosis.  I found Quan.TM worked incredibly in comparison.  It went much deeper, much quicker; and once the issues released, they were really gone.  With each issue in my session focus, re-assimilation to a whole and healthy state was immediate and permanent...Once I release the energy charge, that was held in my body/mind, I released all the attached physical and emotional triggers.  I now have the tools to maintain well-being and feel intimately connected to a much more joy filled life."

What issues does Quan.TM help?

It literally helps everything by releasing energy held in the body from intense trauma resulting from years of physical, emotional, spiritual abuse, to everyday depression/anxiety, physical injury or illness.

How soon in the session will clients feel relief?

Clients usually feel the energy releasing as soon as they relax into their meditation.  People who already practice yoga will have a greater sensitivity to energy sooner, but anyone can benefit.

How many sessions will it take for clients, before they can learn to do Quan.TM on their own?

This depends on the depth and length of their habit of specific mind/body struggle,  their willing and readiness to heal, as well as, cultural programing.  It usually takes 5-sessions to be able to understand the protocol.  Often clients will return to you for more nuances of the technique in either on-going or follow up sessions depending on the intensity of their emotional blocks, past trauma, etc.

How is Quan.TM related to the chakra system of yoga?

In short, it integrates the chakras to work as one undulating stream of mind/body intelligence, rather than separate compartments that feel blocked or limiting.

Who is the Bodhi Yoga™ Quan.TM Certification for?

This training will benefit anyone in the healing arts, as well as individuals who want to immerse themselves in the technique for their personal benefit.  RET (Rapid Eye Therapists) and Energy Healers, like Body-Talk and Reiki love it.   In addition, traditional Life Coaches and Licenced Therapists/Social Workers find it extremely effective, as well as Yoga Therapists.  The training will benefit anyone who loves yoga or meditation, but you don't have to be a "yogi" to feel it's healing effect.
